Correspondence between NG and Mark Harper, MP
National Grid has written to Mark Harper, MP, explaining why in their view it is necessary to build the PRI at Flat Farm. Mark Harper robustly rejects this contention. He has kindly sent to us a copy of the correspondence which we reproduce below.
